I was one of ten artists commissioned by autograph to create new work responding to the wider context of the Covid-19 crisis. Titled Care | Contagion | Community I chose to portray the people around me- the close friends and family that make up my direct network during this period of time.

I wanted to pay tribute to them because society often forgets just how valuable these relationships are, especially in times like these. I feel that a photograph can say so much about someone. It is like getting a small glimpse into their soul. This is why I like to focus on people - to create that moment of contact and exchange.
